The Walking Dead: Carol's Cookies

I'm an avid The Walking Dead fan. When Carol's Cookie recipe was posted, I knew I had to try them. You can find the original recipe here but it's also posted below.

The recipe yielded a dozen cookies, as per the recipe (although I had my doubts). The end result was a soft, not too sweet cookie, that I will likely make again. Thanks, AMC!
